I have been doing energy work since the Fall of 2000. My reason for beginning this journey was personal. I was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis before my 3rd birthday and while I was accustomed to managing my symptoms with medications throughout my youth, the regimen that I was on in my early 20s was not working and was taking a toll on my body. I found myself seeking relief--both physical and emotional. What I found was life changing.

Through energy work, meditation/purposeful prayer, and a deep connection with my own spirit, I have found a peace that I never thought was possible. I have learned to listen to the messages of my body and to be grateful for the healing that I have experienced and the joy that I have allowed to flow through my life.

It is with gratitude and immense pleasure that I now am able to offer ways for others to experience their own healing through energy, sound journeys, meditations, and learning to understand the connection between the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.
