Intuitive Energy Sessions are catered to the needs of the individual. We typically begin the session with talking about your intentions--what are you struggling with, what are you working on, and what would you like to achieve. My intent is that with insight and energy work, we are able to clear blocks, balance your energetic body, and bring you a step closer to feeling your absolute best.

Private Sound Bath
Immerse yourself in the sound of the crystal singing bowls while you enter a state of deep relaxation and meditation. This is an hour long session with no guided movement.
Some possible benefits include:
reduced anxiety/stress, elevated mood, improved sleep, improved mental clarity, and enhanced creativity. ​
